Littmann College is an Orlando-based online school built to help students launch and grow careers across real estate and finance. Founded and led by Yudelka Vargas, the college currently offers the state-required 63-hour Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices & Law course, with a growing catalog that will soon include accounting, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks training. Littmann College is also expanding through a partnership with a university, hosting accredited coursework directly on its platform — bringing higher-education-backed training to a wider community of students.

Yudelka Vargas brings a multi-disciplinary perspective to education that few instructors can match. As Broker/Owner of Sage 28 Real Estate and a real estate professional with Littmann Capital Realty, she has hands-on experience across commercial and residential transactions, lease negotiations, and property valuation. Her background also spans tax preparation and accounting through RV Accountants & Associates, and insurance brokerage through Experior Financial Group — giving her a rare, well-rounded command of the financial and legal landscape her students are stepping into.

Through Littmann College, Yudelka's mission is simple: give students the practical, real-world skills to build lasting careers in real estate and finance — not just pass an exam or check a box.
